This contract is an agreement between Client, the owner of the Gnu Privacy Guard ("GPG") key with fingerprint
8D77 A129 6B71 AD54 AD09 F2FD 3B5A 6416 9734 D48F, and numerisTrade, the owner of GPG key with fingerprint
8D77 A129 6B71 AD54 AD09 F2FD 3B5A 6416 9734 D48F. Both parties sign this contract with above mentioned GPG keys.
Conditions of this contract are as follows:
1. numerisTrade agrees to send, within 1 hour after both parties have received signed version of this document,
the sum of 1 BTC plus standard network transaction fee, i.e. 0.0002 BTC, to the Bitcoin address
19q15yC682qXxTESDCwGpb4hsLYVbXZZSy, hereafter known as "Initial Transfer".
2. Client agrees to send 450 USD plus all relevant transaction and transit fees in the form of
BitstampUSD in Ripple Network to rPaMk9TjbNZT8nPewqTPWQtDQ8azixixsJ no later than 1 hour after the
Initial Transfer has received 3 confirmations in the Bitcoin Blockchain.
3. Client agrees to send no later than on 10 Apr 2014 17:24 CET the sum of 1.0049 BTC plus standard network
transaction fee, i.e. 0.0002 BTC, to the Bitcoin Address 19q15yC682qXxTESDCwGpb4hsLYVbXZZSy, hereafter known
as "Final Transfer".
4. numerisTrade agrees to send 450 USD plus all relevant transaction and transit fees in the form of
BitstampUSD in Ripple Network to rPaMk9TjbNZT8nPewqTPWQtDQ8azixixsJ no later than 1 hour after the
Final Transfer has received 3 confirmations in the Bitcoin Blockchain or 1 hour after 10 Apr 2014 18:24,
whichever is later.
In the event of failure to fulfill any of the conditions above by any contract party:
- - The contract is rendered void, and
- - Both parties may publish this contract as well as any documents related to the contract's fulfillment, and
- - Both parties may reflect their assessment of the failure in the bitcoin-otc.com Web of Trust rating or any other
place they may find suitable,
unless contract parties agree otherwise.
This contract may not be modified by third parties under any conditions.
